Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older to rent equipment from Printer Rental Zone.

Rental Duration

All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon rental end date. Late returns may result in additional fees.

Usage

Rented equipment is for personal or business use only. Equipment must be used according to its intended purpose.

Payments and Fees

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late returns or damage to the equipment. Equipment Care and Returns Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition throughout the rental period. All original accessories provided with the equipment must be returned.

Liability

Printer Rental Zone is not liable for damages caused by misuse or equipment failure during the rental period.
