Eligibility for Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or equipment arrives non-functional, damaged, or incomplete.
Service Issues: If delivery is delayed or fails due to an error on our part.
Early Cancellation: Full or partial refunds may be available for cancellations before shipment (see cancellation policy).

Refunds are not available for:
Normal wear and tear during use.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Refund Process

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
